WHEN: The 5K Cross Country Race will start at 8:00 AM on
June 28, 2008 at Manchester College
Race Day Registration will began at 6:45 AM at the Manchester College
Gymnasium
WHERE: Manchester College Cross Country Course

Our address is 604 E. College Ave. North Manchester, IN
46962. The cross country course starts and finishes behind our
gym.
AMMENITIES: First Annual Spartan Streak T-shirt to the
first 100 entrants. There will be refreshments and an awards
presentation taking place at 9:00 near the finish line. Showers
will be available for all participants until 11:00 AM.
AWARDS: Awards will be presented to the overall male
and female winners in the 5K as well as to the overall age division
winners.
Age groups are as follows: 12 and
under M & F 13 to 16 M &
F 17 to 20 M& F 21 to 25
M & F 26 to 30 M & F
31 to 40 M & F 41 to 50 M & F 51 to 60
M & F 61 & Over M & F
COST: $12 if Registered by June 10. $15
from June 11 through race day registration.

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself, my
executors and assignees, acknowledge that I have read, understand and
agree to the following: I know that running a road race is a
potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am
medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision
of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I
assume all risks associated with participating in this event including,
but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants; the effect
of the weather, including precipitation and cold or hot temperatures;
traffic and the conditions of the road and trail, all such risk being
known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, and
radio headsets are not allowed in the race and I will abide by this
guideline. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in
consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone
entitled to act on my behalf, waive and the release all sponsors, all
volunteers, the City of Manchester, Manchester College Cross-country
teams and anyone else helping with the race, from all claims or
liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event
even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness
on the part of persons named in this waiver. I permit my photograph to
be used for any legitimate purpose.
